As active members of the community we wanted to share with you what is going on around you for the month of October. From restaurant openings to concerts to RedStone Mortgage Events; here are some of the goings on of your local cities.

Chandler, Arizona.

Kneaders Bakery & Café just opened at Queen Creek and Alma School. With delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a wide array of baked goods Kneaders is sure to be a hit. Best of all, online ordering makes picking up your goodies even easier. We highly recommend stopping in to say hello to Kellen and his friendly staff.

RedStone Mortgage is hosting an Open House with food, drinks, and live music by the talented Holly Kristen. October 30th is the City of Chandler’s Halloween Spooktacular. Everyone from toddlers to teens can enjoy games, food, arts and crafts, costume contests, souvenir photos, a haunted house and Trunk or Treat. This family friendly event is a great way to connect with the community and meet new people.

Tempe, Arizona.

Oktoberfest returns to Tempe Town Lake with Beer and Wine Gardens, German food, and live music. Admission is free to this three day festival that includes everything from Yoga in the carnival rides. This event has something for everyone and is quickly becoming a town favorite.

Childsplay Presents: Sideways Stories from Wayside School. This loved children’s book comes to life at Tempe Center for the Arts Theater. Prices range from $12-$25 Take your little one to this play full of laughter and the strange happenings of Wayside Elementary School.

Gilbert, Arizona.

October 8th-11th Gilbert will host the 2015 Gilbert Fall Carnival, presented by Saint Xavier University. Admission is free and the event will include activities, games, rides, and a variety of vendors. Discounted wristbands (for rides) are available.

Join your neighbors every Saturday from 8am-12pm in Downtown Gilbert for the GFMGilbert Farmers Market. Located just west of the Water Tower in Downtown Gilbert this outdoor market has something for everyone. Vendors include farmers, food, food trucks, art, and other artisan goodies.
